(PRWEB) January 18, 2012
Today, USAPaydayForever.com has announced that they have created a brand new Facebook page. This Facebook page features their personal loans for bad credit services. They have created this page to make sure that they connect with their personal loans for bad credit customers. They announced this move as a part of their personal loans promotional campaign. Their goal is to ultimately help out their consumer base.
USAPaydayForever.com had been involved in their personal loans for big credit promotional campaign since last year. This campaign brought them success in 2011, which has been reported as a year that was slightly down at the end versus the beginning. This has been remarked as a great feat. Despite this feat, USAPaydayForever.com had some falling outs with similar lending services who they plan to merge with.
USAPaydayForever.com released a statement concerning their Facebook group creation, as good as their personal loans for bad credit promotional run. This statement stated, “Indeed, we have decidedly pulled together a Facebook group for our personal loans for bad credit services. Our intention with this group is to better connect with our audience. They are very important to us, as they are our life-blood. We also care about people.”
This statement continued, “For at least the last half year we’ve been trying as hard as we can to accommodate our personal loans for bad credit customers. Yes, profits are important, but only as much as they help us stay around. We feel that staying around will insure that our customers receive value from our services. In many cases our personal loans for bad credit service help people to live their lives they way they should.”

it won’t. That changes the title, but does not change the mortgage. you are still personally liable unless you refinance the mortgage into the LLC.

Hello. I am also a member of a LLC. We took out a RLOC with a local bank, and I have not found that it influences my credit rating. However, I don’t have any real proof. I think the outflank way to find out for sure would be to get a detailed copy of your ascribe report and check the open accounts section. If your RLOC is name, then you know your lent is being used to evaluate your personal credit. Hope that helps.

Question by Fatty: Does a business loan go on a personal credit report?
On any type of business financing, if I were to take out a loan in my name for the business (whether an aqusition loan or SBA or whatever) would it go on my credit report? This is assuming that I dont take the loan out under my business name, its on me.

A business lent that is guaranteed by you or that is unsecured but in your call will likely go on your credit report. Even if you put it in the business’s name (as long as it is not a corporation, LLC, or LLP where you are just a limited partner not the general partner), it will go on your credit report. Only corporations, LLC’s, and LLPs where you are not the general partner are separate business entities. If you are the general partner of a LLP, it will also go on your credit report (I presume so). I’d check that over with an attorney if you went through the steps of a GP, LLP, LLC, C Corporation, or S Corporation with an attorney.Off course, you have to remember that some lenders don’t report your information to a credit bureau unless the information is negative. I think that as long as it is not a separate business entity that it goes on your credit report, which is why a lot of people prefer to have the business as a S corporation. However, many lenders will require that you personally guarantee the loan even under the S Corporation umbrella due to the inability to find financing. A C Corporation (with its double taxation) is the best way to obtain equity financing.

Question by Dan J: Can LLC debts go on my personal credit report?
My LLC went under, but stills owes money on a credit card machine lease that hasn’t been paid on in months. I opened the account before there was a tax ID, so they used my SS#. Can they affect my personal credit or am I protected by the LLC?

It depend. Did you run your LLC under your social or the EIN of the business? Limited Liability Company just meant if someone sued you that they couldn’t take your home and everything you have because of the business. If you used the business EIN then you’re safe…if not, of traversing it’s going on your credit report it’s the number you gave them to report too..
