WOW i would definatly calling someone because there is something wrong there somplace. he is hiding something. and if your a partner in this club then you can be in alot of trouble to if he goes down for something. as a partner in crime or something. i would call someone right away as well as i would try get out of this club or become owner of the whole thing and then you can clean it all up. and i would leave his butt! good luck and get out soon. and stop the abuse.
