They issue credit for health, dental, and vision (including LASIK). They will give you an answer super fast

Both of the answers that mention CareCredit and Prosper are good answers.
If you can get on with CareCredit, they have special programs where if you use X amount of money for the medical treatment, you will be able to pay it back at 0% for a certain period (up to 12 months). Keep in mind if you don’t pay it back within that amount of time you will be charged the interest.
They do have longer payback periods, but with a 9.9% rate
