You need to send/call the credit bureau and ask for a letter of debt validation for all the accounts in question. They have 30 days to prove that the debt is yours, if not they must delete it. Again request this from the credit bureau not the actual creditor.
If they do not comply report them with a copy of your written request to the FTC

I agree with the previous answer. Here is a sample of the dispute letter you need to send. Do not copy it word for word but modify it to your needs.
The credit bureau will have to prove the debt is your within 30 days and thats the law.

To raise your credit score you need to do two things:
1 – add positive things to your credit records. Such as paying your bills on time!
2 – Remove negative things from your records. These may be mistakes made by the credit report companies or bills you haven’t paid!
