Ouch.  Sorry to hear about that one. 

You do not have to prove anything to the credit rating services.  Call them and follow it up in writing to report that your identity has been compromised. They have procedures for you to follow. 

I suspect you will be asked to identify the legitimate accounts.  I would simply assume that any you do not recognize  have been created by your mother and report them that way.  Let the company prove that you opened them. 

Report to the credit agencies immediately. That should be separate from any legal issues.  They may require that you file a complaint and the companies she defrauded will definitely do so.</description>
