singning a personal guarantee for a 200k small busniness loan? will it destroy my fico score?

since im signing perosonal guaratee will they report the busniness loan and amount to the personal credit agencies?
thus drastically reducing my fico and dembt to income ratio?

as in a few months im planiing to buy a house?
